Bid Adieu

I suddenly realised over the last few days that I find it so hard to tell someone bye when it seems to me (and them) like the last time im goign to tell them bye in my life!! I now remember the days ( 10-12 yrs ago ) when we used to go and leave durbi at the airport. It was then that I used to cry the most. but now things are different. I guess as you grow older and more mature , a bye here becomes easier to handle. That then was comparitvely easier than the task im faced with today. Having to tell every one you haven known ( and loved to be with ) for all your life ; bye at one go is very hard. Even harder is me not breaking down along with them. I guess when all the excitement and sadness die down .. memmories are all that remain and having to remember people in tears for the next soo many years is a sad prospect ...

And the countdown begins ...

The last couple of weeks have been too action packed .. probably the most exciting in my life yet!! All the preparation for the visa and engagement party was fun while it lasted!! Then came the number of trips criss-crossing the country side. I guess in all the fun n enjoyment i forgot that that this countdown would begin soo fast. Then yesterday after leaving nina at the airport I realised that im going to be here .. doing this in not more than 15 days. What ive been preparing for over a year now has finally arrived and suddenly you wish you had another month left!! With every thing settled on the other side , now come the sad time to tell every one bye. EVery time you meet some one , you think well , when am I going to see this person again! and yet ive made fixed plans for my self , for my life . Wanting to pursue politics between the middle and end of my career really limits my options in India. I know mom and dad are wishing I come back to india .. but for me the future lies else where.

well todays was a long day @ TCS. really having to choose between MS and job opp @ TCS. Both seem equally promising for now ... still taking some time to make up my mind. Submissions start tomm.. worried coz i havent finished a thing ...

Hi this is my first blog entry, forgive me for not following any proctocols. Spent my day writting my journals , c-ing india getting massacared by the pakistanis on the cricket field and a little less @ hyderabad house. Went to US club in the evening with folks for dads friends party, nice food btw.
